@STASandCAT released their video for QueenS a bit ago. Been on edge since their casting call for the music video and I really like the cinematography, art direction and story in the video. Lots of play with hair and dancing around.
Let’s not forget WARDROBE IS OFF THE CHAIN. Prints, lace, those gloves, the jewelry. Nothing less than bold.

MORE AMAZING KENZO NEWS. Just found out via Hypebeast that Kenzo is collaborating with Vans to bring us these babies!
I’ve never really owned a pair of Vans, because I’m super critical of my shoe swag (ballerina mentality of delicate feet). But I would most definitely rock a Kenzo print if it were this accessible. Set to release late this summer!
I was asked to photograph Ships In The Night in Oakland this past weekend, one of many fun shoots recently.
It was a hesitant acceptance that turned into an empowering experience. I hadn’t been in about 3 months, my last time there being the scene of some recent trauma. What could have been a triggering situation turned out to be a fantastic night of dancing, positive company, frolicking about with my camera and capturing one of the most vibrant communities in the East Bay.
I took a self-pic with a beautiful soul, Olayinka.
